Frequently asked questions
The questions we get asked the most — answered honestly.
What documents do I need to rent a camper?
A valid driving licence (international licences accepted) and a passport or national ID. Drivers must be 25 years or older. We accept licences from the US, Canada, UK, EU and Australia without translation.
Is insurance included?
Yes. All rentals include comprehensive third-party liability and collision damage cover. A refundable security deposit (held on your credit card) covers the excess in the event of a claim.
Can I cross into Argentina?
Yes, with prior written permission from us. We'll provide the required vehicle documentation. Let us know your planned crossing points when you book.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 60 days before departure — full refund. 30–59 days: 50% refund of deposit. Less than 30 days: deposit is non-refundable. The balance (paid 30 days before departure) is non-refundable in all cases.
What happens if the camper breaks down?
Call our 24/7 roadside assistance line. We'll arrange a repair or, if necessary, a replacement vehicle. Mechanical breakdowns are covered at no extra cost.
Are pets allowed?
Small pets (under 10 kg) are welcome in some campers on request. Please mention this when booking. A small cleaning fee applies.
Is there a minimum rental period?
The minimum rental is 7 days. There is no maximum — multi-month rentals are available at a discounted rate.
What fuel do the campers use?
All campers run on diesel. Fuel is not included in the rental price. We'll show you the nearest fuel stops for your route at pickup.
