We collect personal information you provide when making a booking or inquiry (name, email, phone number, nationality, driving licence number), and anonymised usage data from our website (page views, device type, referring URL).

2. How we use your data

Your personal data is used to process bookings, provide customer support, send relevant travel information related to your rental, and (with your consent) deliver our newsletter. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate our business (payment processors, email delivery services) and as required by Chilean law or valid legal process.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to operate the website and optional analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site. You may disable optional cookies in your browser settings without affecting core functionality.

5. Retention

We retain booking records for 5 years as required by Chilean tax law. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Website analytics data is retained for 24 months.
