Puerto Williams sits on the northern shore of Isla Navarino, separated from Argentine Ushuaia by the Beagle Channel. With a population of around 3,000, it holds the title of the world's southernmost town, a distinction locals take seriously. The town exists largely because of the Chilean Navy, but it has grown into a quiet hub for trekkers, sailors and adventurers heading for Cape Horn. The Dientes de Navarino circuit is one of the most remote multi-day treks in South America. The skies here are extraordinary, the sub-Antarctic air is among the clearest on earth.

Dientes de Navarino
A 53-kilometre trekking circuit through sub-Antarctic wilderness, crossing five mountain passes above the treeline. One of the most remote and rewarding treks in South America.
Beagle Channel
The narrow passage between Isla Navarino and Argentine Tierra del Fuego, named after Darwin's survey ship HMS Beagle. Sea lions, dolphins and albatross share these waters.
Cape Horn
